Need recommendations for fitness equipment: yoga, pilates, stretching? - yoga equipment
I want to install a gym at home in a small room, 9.5 x 11.5 (8 'ceiling) in my second floor. The goal is twofold: I must decrease, and gain the strength and agility again.
I was thinking of installing a ballet bar or bars and buying a new or used Total Gym (for Pilates).
What do you think? Anyone who has experience with Total Gym? Recommendations for a device?

I've recently bought a gym at home. It is made by PowerTech and called the "working group". It's great! It took some time to establish, ... the instructions were not great, but the machine! If I bought at Dick's Sporting Goods. 8 feet by 11 feet. It was $ 1000, without the weight of so ... I think it depends on how serious it is and how much you spend.
This would be spending a lot of money if need one or two months from now, not a lot.
